Urban Cavalier began in 2025 as part of one man’s challenge to recover from the economic and social shocks of the COVID era—a period from which he still hadn’t fully emerged.

During those bleak times, I drew motivation from various people around me and started small—with things like running or push-ups—to gradually steady my mind. Motivation was nearly the only driving force that helped me stand back up. When I declared that I would start running to reclaim my once-broken life, many around me said it wouldn’t be possible. They questioned, “How can running fix your life?” and told me, “You’ve gained too much weight; losing it will be extremely difficult.” Yet I believed I could do it, ignored that noise, and began improving myself step by step.

Eventually, I succeeded in losing weight. Rather than endlessly scrolling on my phone, I now spend my days reading and studying, striving to return to a normal life.

Urban Cavalier is likewise part of my effort to transform my life. It’s not just about selling something—it’s about delivering a message to those who, like me, have been broken and are facing hardships. Wearing Urban Cavalier apparel is a mutual promise between you and me.

No matter how tough things get—even if you need to pause and catch your breath sometimes—it’s a vow that you will never give up and keep moving forward.

To you who are reading this—maybe you’re at your rock bottom right now. But it’s not over. No matter how deep your despair, there is always a way to stand back up.
