Urban Cavalier does not endorse, guarantee, or support any product or service not manufactured or performed by Urban Cavalier, and assumes no responsibility or liability for the quality or performance of any such product or service. You agree to supervise usage of the Site by minors who access or use the Site through your computer and/or registered account and accept responsibility for their conduct.

Receiving an email order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order or confirmation of an offer to sell. Urban Cavalier reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Submitting an order means you will receive an email acknowledging its receipt, but your order is not binding on Urban Cavalier until we send you a shipping confirmation or your ordered items are shipped.

Items ordered from urbancavalier.net are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT+8, and shipped within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. Disclaimer: For orders placed Friday through Sunday or on non-business days, requests for cancellation and address changes are not permitted.

All products and orders marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded. The free shipping threshold is based on the product purchase price, excluding any applicable sales tax. You may only order from our online store as a retail customer and are not an agent or representative of a wholesaler, distributor, or any other business entity. By ordering products, you agree that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale. Urban Cavalier reserves the right to refuse any order without warning or explanation. For bulk purchases, Urban Cavalier may refuse cancellation and return requests at its discretion. Bulk purchase orders are excluded from free shipping, and we reserve the right to refuse cancellation, address updates, and return requests for such orders.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. By clicking “Place Order,” you are submitting a legally binding offer. Once you click “Place Order,” your order is submitted and can no longer be canceled or changed. After submitting your order, you will receive an email confirmation, but your order is not binding on Urban Cavalier until we send a shipping confirmation or your ordered items are shipped. Before sending a shipping confirmation, Urban Cavalier may refuse your order if the products you ordered are unavailable or restricted.

Urban Cavalier will make reasonable efforts to deliver the products by the agreed date, but time is not of the essence. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for delays in delivery or damage to products in transit. Urban Cavalier may cancel your order at its discretion due to supply delays or shortages. In such cases, we will promptly inform you of the item’s unavailability and refund any amounts previously paid for that item and its shipping. We reserve the right to ship ordered products in partial deliveries.

When you email a return request, all returns submitted to urbancavalier.net are reviewed for approval. Returned items must be in their original condition. Please include the Urban Cavalier packing slip in your package to help process the return. We only accept returns for items purchased from urbancavalier.net. Once the returned merchandise arrives, it will take 3–5 business days for inspection, and refunds may take up to 30 business days to process. If we determine return abuse, Urban Cavalier may, at its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Site and the rights granted under these Terms without notice, and refuse compliance with these Terms or any portion thereof.

Urban Cavalier agrees to comply with all applicable Republic of Korea laws and regulations related to the collection and use of personal information from visitors to the Site. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Urban Cavalier harmless from and against all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Republic of Korea for all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. This Site is not intended for use in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms. Except as otherwise specified herein, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Urban Cavalier regarding the Site, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Urban Cavalier with respect to the Site. A printed version of these Terms and any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents originally generated and maintained in printed form.

Urban Cavalier may, at its sole discretion and at any time, without notice, terminate your right to use the Site and any rights granted to you under these Terms, and may refuse your access to the Site if you fail to comply with any provision or term herein. Upon termination, you must immediately destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from the Site, as well as all copies thereof.

Urban Cavalier is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries that the courier confirms as delivered. If your package has not arrived, please contact our customer service. We often ship all items from a single order in one shipment, but due to various factors, products may be shipped separately. We reserve the right to split shipments at our discretion. Urban Cavalier strives to offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping through multiple carriers, but some shipments may change to DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), in which case you may be responsible for duties or taxes. If you wish to return international orders, Urban Cavalier does not provide refunds for any prepaid duties or taxes, as these were remitted directly to the local customs authority. You may need to contact customs for further assistance in obtaining a refund.

Participating in a drawing constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and forms a binding contract regarding all matters connected with your entry and any purchase of release products. Eligibility depends on meeting all requirements stated herein. A registered email address, phone number, postal code, and preferred size or color are required. Only one release product per color is permitted per person, and duplicate entries per color are disqualified. Once you participate, you cannot modify your registration details. Purchases are only valid for the name, email address, product, size, and color specified when you entered the drawing. The opportunity to purchase the product is subject to availability and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or offer participation to anyone else, and if we find evidence of such behavior, the account owner is disqualified. Urban Cavalier. may change the drawing or the operation of the product purchase process at any time at its discretion. Once the drawing is closed, winners will be notified by email. Urban Cavalier. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify individuals found to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the event or product purchase or to be in violation of these Terms. Any attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of registration or product purchase may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and Urban Cavalier. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Urban Cavalier. reserves the right to cancel any transaction due to unauthorized, altered, fraudulent, or ineligible use of discounts and to modify or cancel promotions at any time due to system error or unforeseen problems. Please review any official rules that may accompany each promotion, offer, coupon, discount, contest, or sweepstakes. Promotional offers and discounts do not apply to gift cards, shipping and handling, or taxes unless otherwise stated in the official rules. Discounts will appear at checkout and may or may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
