    Eligibility Period

    You may request a return or exchange due to change of mind within 7 days of receiving your item. After 7 days have passed, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted, so please check your item promptly upon delivery.

    Advance Inquiry Required

    Before initiating a return or exchange, you must contact us with your order number, name, email address, and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. If you send a return or exchange item by Collect on Delivery (COD) without prior notice, it may be refused or deemed ineligible for a refund.

    Possible Changes to Return/Refund Address

    Depending on our logistics or operational circumstances, the return/refund address may change or be updated. To ensure smooth processing, please follow the instructions you receive after contacting us, and send your item to the address provided. Sending items back without prior inquiry may result in the return not being processed

    Shipping Costs for Change of Mind

    All shipping costs (including return and reshipping) for a change-of-mind return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. You must pay the return shipping cost in advance. Items sent via COD may be refused. The product must be in unused condition (including tags, labels, and all components). If there are signs of use or damage, your return or exchange may be declined.

    Refund Processing

    Once the returned item arrives and passes inspection, we will process your refund within 3–15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your payment method.

  • Defects or Mis-shipments (Product Issues)

    If you find a problem with your product or discover a mis-shipment, please contact us with your order number, name, email address, and a photo of the affected item

    After we verify the issue, we will provide instructions for the return or exchange process In this case, all shipping and related costs are fully covered by us

    However, the final determination of a defect is made after reviewing the photos or physically inspecting the item Minor stains or subjective assessments may not qualify as a defect.
